We were seated at a very crowded area because there were about 30 of us. It was night time and the staff members were rushing. Food was okay and nothing spectacular tho of course it is still value for money as long as you do not have leftovers. It is good that they have their own parking area though. The grills either have problems heating up or become to hot and no one bothered to teach us the controls. Hodai is great overall. If you want a bang for your buck, Hodai can give you that for a reasonable price. Compared to other samgyupsal restau, the variety of food here for the price is pretty good. I like their take on enoki roll with capsicum. I also liked the quality of the meat. My companion ordered a fair share of seafoods and I'll tell you the scallops are great too. Overall, food was amazing. One thing to comment on however, depending on where you sit, it will be hard for a server to comeby. Atmosphere is amazing. Food is amazing . We really liked the ribs with mozarella cheese! Over all we really like the food and the place. It is our 2nd time eating here. We will definitely come back

HODAI offers an good dining experience - the variety and quality of the meats are impressive, with each cut being fresh and flavorful. The side dishes and sauces complement the main course perfectly, adding to the overall enjoyment. The staff are somewhat attentive. The ambiance is not that great but still okay, providing a decent and relaxed setting. It's a fantastic place to enjoy a meal with friends or family, and I'll definitely be returning for more delicious barbecue and seafood grill.

Food was okay. Food that I liked were the ribs with cheese, shrimps, sushi and some of the sides. Ribeye steak was tough to chew and the seafood cajun had small crabs and flavor is not there. Wagyu cubes were okay too. Affordable unlimited food.
