Compared to other pares places in the area, Noodle King appeals to me the most because it looks clean and bright, the service is quick, and the food always hits the spot if you’re craving good old Filipino comfort food. I always order the tender and tasty beef pares, served with garlic rice and soup. It’s only 110 pesos (2 dollars)! The pork sisig is also flavorful but their version is not my favorite because of the texture—I prefer my sisig crisp. The fried tofu is another side dish I order every single visit. Tried Chicken Mami and Sisig Pork Tocino. Chicken Mami : Not salty but the msg over powers the fresh taste of the broth. Noodles are firm, not saggy, and tasted good. Chicken is just right. 4.5/5 for me. Sisig Pork Tocino - Sauce is not salty, msg is just right and it blends well with the taste of pork tocino. Pork tocino is also tender. 4.8/5 for me.
