I love the experience of having desserts at the Nord's with my two lovely daughters. We love the place and the food. The staff who assisted us sufficed our thirst for great customer service. We look forward to bringing my son with us next time. As in soon! 🍰🍥🧁🍹🥤☕🍨🍧

Service is EMBARRASSINGLY slow. Food is underwhelming. The only good thing about this place is the ambience, which is obviously less important than the food and service. Please DO NOT eat here.

AMBIENCE This place has a lot of potential for us to consider it as a hangout place next time. We enjoyed our stay last time because it was bright, lively, spacious, and filled with pastries to try. Dessert brought us there. Since it's within Eatogether Food Hall, I don't think seats will ever be a problem. If you're strolling around the mall, you'll find it across Poney. Restroom is near the bar with shabu-shabu though. And I must add, their toilet has a bidet! Large seating area. Service could be better - it took a while for them to serve our order of choco cake and ube sylvana when all they needed to do was to get these from their display cabinet. The sylvana was too dry and crusty. Their hot mocha coffee was great though.
