Norma's Special Pancit Lug-log

In the 90s, a good friend of mine brought us at Norma’s Pancit Luglog and I had the pleasure of trying pancit luglog for the first time and it was a truly unforgettable experience. The combination of flavors, textures, and colors in this traditional Filipino dish left a lasting impression on me. From the perfectly cooked noodles to the savory shrimp sauce and the vibrant toppings of boiled eggs, smoked fish, chicharon, pork, shrimp & pusit. Every bite was a delight. It's been more than 20 years since I last had Pancit Luglog from them (luto pa mismo ni Aling Norma). I am gratified to say that they have remained faithful to her cooking.

Clean and comfortable place. They only cook for take out since the pandemic. The foods are great especially the combo of palabok and puto ❤️❤️❤️

This resto serves pancit lug-log its the same as the palabok the difference is its noodles are thick compared to the thin ones, the sauce is also different because its already incorporated to the noodles compared to the thin ones where the sauce is added on top of the noodles. Other ingredients are the seafoods that makes it more appetizing. This is a must try merienda although kailangan mo silang dayuhin. Subukan mo. Nakakahumaling.
