Very accommodating and smells so good. I book a 3 hour spa during my bday so I got their 20% discount. The reflexologist was nice and very professional. I also like that the rooms has its own private shower. I'll definitely go back again even without the promo

We booked an Ulayaw package for two and a Pamilya package for four just this weekend. I booked months ago for my daughter's birthday. The experience was good considering how accommodating and nice the staff were. So the hilight of our visit there were the good service of obviousy well trained staff and the group of masseuse that were assigned to us. Our rooms including the spa rooms were all clean and smelled really good. Love the relaxing music that enhanced our relaxation. I've been to this place 15yrs ago when it was not fully developed yet like today and stayed overnight in an Ifugao Hut room. Everything went well from their simple restaurant and spa treatments. Went back early this year to bring my balikbayan friends and so happy to see the big changes and progress of this place looking back then. I only came here to eat on Father's Day because there were long lines at the two restaurants highly recommended by a friend. I was impressed by the landscape (looks like a paradise to me!). I returned the following day to take some friends for lunch. The long wait was fine, but the very loud music was very annoying. There was a violin player who put his speaker in full blast. Mediocre experience for the price. Room Dated - not maintained properly. I stayed in the 9k per night Ifugao room and it was dusty. There were cobwebs and mites hidden away behind curtains and where your eyes normally would not look. It was only clean on the surface. The bathroom shower was old and there was no proper place to put toiletries. The soap holder was nearly falling off. The bathroom was also quite dark. The room was advertised as having its own private spa area. I would not be comfortable having a treatment there - it’s loud and right next to the restaurant, rendering it pointles…
