servings were actually rlly big!!! bold flavors and unique takes on the usual filipino dishes that i actually enjoyed. rice was bomb… a bit pricey tho but still good to try!
the food was okay, but i honestly expected more since one of the chefs is also behind linamnam, which is one of my favorite fine dining spots in the metro. the concept was great and well thought out. the chicken inasal had really good flavor, but it was too oily for me. the sauces were a highlight though, especially the banana ketchup. the lechon was really good, best paired with their inihaw na baboy rice, which is flavorful enough to stand on its own.. you don’t even need extra ulam. the bibingka was good too, but it felt like it was missing something, and i just can’t quite figure out what…
Had good ideas with great interiors and concept. Food fell a bit short. Bibingka was great tho as an appetizer
