It was our first time in Olive Garden and it’s our new favorite Bistro restaurant. Pats was friendly and accommodating, excellent service! Food was delicous and didn’t take long to arrive. We will definitely come back!
For every order of entree, you get unlimited salad, soup, and breadsticks. That was interesting for us that’s why we chose to eat at this Bistro restaurant. We ordered 5-cheese ziti, chicken alfredo, and shrimp & scallop aglio olio. Our favorite was the aglio olio. The alfredo was bland. As for the sides, salad was okay. There were four choices for soups and you can try each. We also liked the breadsticks. It was soft and buttery. Will definitely come back to try their other dishes.
This was my first time experiencing Olive Garden in Asia, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it’s only available in the Philippines within this region. The restaurant's ambiance is warm and welcoming, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. They go out of their way to ensure a pleasant dining experience, although the background music and overall noise level in the restaurant made it somewhat difficult to hear our waitress clearly. The food was decent - herb chicken, pizza, pasta. The unlimitted salad, soup, and bread was what saved the dining experience. The atmosphere was a bit chaotic. A/c was too low, borderline uncomfortable. Rating for service was based on overall experience; as our wait staff did her best. I would probably come back for the unli salad, soup, & bread partnered with the herb chicken. For the other dishes, you can enjoy it better elsewhere. Note to the branch: Please remind Ruth she's in a f&b in a service industry. She easily brings the rate to 1 star.
