August 21, 2024 10:00am We tried this place because we love to explore and try which new place is good to dine. When we enter the place, first thing that register my mind is their aircon which good, cold & cozy, they have instrumentals music,. Another thing that attracts the customers, they have wall slots for charging your gadgets. Bonus amenities, they have Wi-Fi internet connection which is very needed nowadays. The waiter/waitresses are very welcoming. They were very attentive and we just waited our orders within 20 minutes. We are going to rate the dishes/drink we’ve ordered 5 - highest …

We were about to order their truffle pasta. Unfortunately, it was out of stock. Anyway, we ordered saffron shrimp pasta, beef salpicao, and watermelon mojito. We liked everything we ordered as they were flavorful enough. Saffron shrimp was enjoyable, no umay factor. I particularly like the "burnt" taste of the beef salpicao. The watermelon mojito was refreshing. A bit pricey though but worth it. Service was commendable, they were attentive.

Our culinary journey at Olivia's Fusion Cafe was a symphony of diverse flavors. The truffle pasta exuded richness, while the stir-fried beef showcased a perfect blend of textures and savory goodness. The Caesar salad was crisp and refreshing, complementing the heartiness of the ratatouille beautifully. The fusion of ingredients and culinary expertise shone through in each dish, creating a memorable dining experience. The fruit shakes provided a refreshing accompaniment, balancing the savory notes of the meal. The attentive service and inviting ambiance added to the overall satisfaction. Oli…

food was almost perfect. only rated them 4 stars because i was not a fan of the peanut dipping sauce of the fries but the fries were to die for! reminiscent of army navy’s freedom fries. the rest of the food was good but the fried chicken has some parts that were a little undercooked. they have big servings and the place is really cozy and clean. we will surely come back and try the other food on the menu. keep up the good work and kudos to the servers..very attentive!

A charming cafe along the inner roads in Morato. Parking is a bit limited. Interiors look really inviting and comfortable. Service is good. They do have a coffee bar with pastry and dessert. But I think people come here for the food and not for a coffee break. Having said that, the Caesar Salad for starters is a good choice. Beef Salpicao is tender but sauce is a little bit salty which needs to be paired with bread or rice. Spicy Chorizo and Mussel is really good. The Cacio Pepe pasta cooked only in cheese and pepper is so fragrant. You can smell the Pecorino tables away. Serving size is good…
