This particular branch of Pho Hoa does not have most of the items in the menu. I wanted beef phở, but they only had chicken. Their bánh mì and most rice meals are sold out or out of stock. However, their chicken phở is still amazing.

The food is enjoyable, though lacking chili and sprouted toge. Unfortunately, the service is subpar, with staff allowing customers to stand without assistance in finding their seats. It seems they may not be proactive—perhaps due to fatigue or being underpaid. I'm unsure of the exact reason

I think you should need to change your service crews. The lady that always laugh during work hours and not really making service for the customers "She's a bit chubby" don't know her name and the other one named "Bella" they don't have a good service they're not good for this kind of job. Very bad experience with this restaurant, expensive but low service because of this service crews.

Me and my partner went there and looking forward to eat vietnamese food… but it was disappointing All I can say is it’s not worth it. Too expensive for it’s quality. We spent 800+ for 1 pho and this rice meal. Food is not fresh, especially the herbs which gave a bad after taste. Service is 👎🏻. The crew are not friendly, they kept on laughing and did not answer properly when we ask simple questions. Maybe they are tired, i don’t know??? Definitely not going back and will never recommend this place again

The best Pho I've tasted. We had the Pho spicy beef. Very flavorful, not too salty. Menu is full of great options and healthy choices. We will be back, especially to try the teas that were unavailable! UPDATE: Went to another location and the food was still fantastic. But, we on restrictive diets and discovered there's MSG in many of our favorite items. We were so thankful for the server's knowledge and honesty. Disappointed about the MSG. . .
