enjoyed all the dishes! definitely one of the best japanese restos in the north area of metro manila. i loved the salmon booster chirashi so much. the beef tataki was also really flavorful on its own, but be careful with the green sauce… I thought it was a scallion sauce, but it was actually wasabi! the pork katsudon was incredibly tender, and i loved how they didn’t do the usual style of pouring the sauce and egg over the crispy pork katsu; instead, they mixed the sauce and scrambled egg with the rice, which honestly tasted so much better.
