Skip this place if you want good food. The pictures on the menu are very misleading. The food that came out was not good at all and was mostly white rice. The seaweed salad had no seaweed in it. The mussels were old and rotten. They skipped the sautéed squid and crab portion on the platter. The tempura shrimp were not tempura and tiny. The garlic shrimp was underwhelming, check the photo and compare to the menu photos. I got two shots of tanduay and was charged 360php. That is enough to buy a bottle maybe two. The location is pleasant, offering a calming view of the sea. However, our dining experience was spoiled by numerous large flies buzzing around our food, making it difficult to enjoy. Additionally, some of the staff at On Board Bohol Cliff-side were impolite and lacked proper customer service skills. They were noisy and lacked professionalism, which detracted from the dining atmosphere.
