Waiting to begin. My friend ordered a Bottle of "Red Horse" a Glas without Ice. Response From the Waitdress was the do not have small Red Horse. Until we saw on the Menue card it was advertised. Menue: Friends Order: Scallops Mine: Kinilao Scallops came, but raw. No Spoon or Gavel. After 45 Minutes i complaint regarding my Food. The just forgot the Order. Came then without Rice after almost 1 hour. People sitting on 2nd Floor received there Food much earlier then we. Top of the Story, the asked when we ordered for CASH ADVANCE.
