Lomi was surprisingly very good! Not expecting to have a delicious lomi aside from Batangas area. The flavor is very good but some toppings are missing, there was no boiled eggs given, meat was almost powdery and the liver tastes like it was just boiled, next downside is that the serving amount is very minimal unlike in batangas that the bowl was full of lomi that will give you that busog tummy. Orlando's Lomi failed at that but still deserve a 4 star as it was delicious. I would say quite an unassuming eatery inside the parking lot of Tagaytay Public Market. As of the time of this writing, their Lomi costed 50 pesos, & they also have Chami & other rice dishes available as well. The only down side is that the area lacked ventilation, & their Lomi had too much cornstarch for it to be a bit slimy than your typical Lomi. I'm not sure if it is indeed real Lomi, but you judge by yourself. Their Lomi, however, had generous amounts of meat - chicharon & liver. Fair enough lomi considering the price and location. Few years' back LOMI is better than what you are getting now. Ingredients are the same, so it must be with the preparation or the one preparing. Has a lot of room for improvement.
