I really intend to bring my mother to Ooma but she had been craving for Yakisoba and we ended up eating in the restaurant beside it. An incidental lunch turned our to be a great choice. The service is efficient and the food was apparently good. We ordered noodles and tempura don.
Hats off to their creativity and plating! Their plates are full of vibrant colors and taste! All the dishes were good. I was just a bit disappointed with the dumplings. It was supposed to be their best dishes but I couldn't differentiate the different flavors much. I like the other dishes better, specially the flying noodles! They're a must try.
Decent place for Japanese food. Their signature gyoza is good enough. Their servings are large. The indicative serving suggestion is accurate and quite filling. We ordered what seemed to be a cheese katsu curry but the breading is quite thick, the pork is as thick as each side of the breading. The curry itself isn't spicy but good enough if you are craving for some. The chicken karaage isn't crispy as you would expect from the dish but it is meaty and juicy. The wait staff is very friendly and attentive. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area.
A Japanese Restaurant with modernized design located in Fashion Hall of SM Mega Mall. Unlike other Japanese Restaurants, mostly their specialty is Ramen, Udon and Katsudon meals. Here, it is Gyoza. The price is the same just like others. Foods are well presented and tasted good especially the gyoza which I am not really a big fan of - I like it! Accomodating and attentive staff.
Food is great but service is quite not there yet. They had only 2 servers and one trainee on a Sunday which meant that no one was watching the front of the house. The manager was there but was busy with the rest of the staff, chatting away and laughing while people are seeking attention. Overall, the food speaks for itself. Though it really is pricey and the service charge is insane (considering the amount of service we got), it was still a good experience and definitely would still want to eat there.
