Yummy Original Taiwanese Cuisine, fairly priced & furbabies friendly resto! Must try all their foods, you'll feel your in Taiwan minus the airfare!
Ate here with my family the day after the son showed their menu. We just ate so we planned on eating there the day after. We were in a bit of doubt as there were no customers at that time but when the food came, I was feeling guilty as to not trying their restaurant sooner. It was my first time trying mapo tofu. Their eggs were so fresh, and the food quality was simply superb. The xiao long bao (soup dumpling) was really good 😭💕 Their food really has that homemade touch. Filipino food are overly flavored as we are hardworking laborers so some might find it bland but East Asian food are really…
It looked interesting. A combination of Taiwanese and Japanese food. The fried rice and the talong were good. But nothing special. For the price, they had small servings. Maybe the rice bowls might be more reasonable. Will we go back? Probably not.
The beef meatball soup I tried was tasty, reminds me of fishball soup in Singapore. The sausage meal was a bit meagre, and basic tasting. Nothing to wow about. It's food, and fills the hunger gap. Staff are inviting and attentive. Not sure if there's enough taste oomph that sets it apart. Hopefully the other dishes will compensate on this, on the next visit. Maybe.
Food is just street food style in taiwan ...not at par with the price. The taiwan street food even tastes better. Banawe turo-turo restos are even way better. Service is bad. Food is brought one dish at a time (remember, small serving), with 15 to 20mins waiting time PER dish. Manager doesnt know what he's doing...the server / waitress was sharper than him. Food tastes meh ..should replace the chef OR cook. So not worth it. Food even looks bland.
