A definite must try when in Siargao! Best coffee and food we ever had! Sir Hutch really took good care of us! We will be definitely coming back here to try more of their food. Also enjoyed the refreshments we were given as complimentary.

The ambience is relaxing and peaceful. If you’re looking for a local coffee & breakfast, this is the place. I recommend the steak sandwich, beef tapa and definitely the japanese souffle pancakes with homemade blueberry butter, best paired with Latte. The owner is very friendly & helpful, recommended few places for us to visit in the island. Definitely would come back 👌🏻

We stayed in Siargao for a week and visited this place twice. All I can say is that it was worth going there twice because their food is so good. On top of that, the owner, Sir Hutch, is very accommodating. He is very hands-on with the customers and even gave us freebies. Their food and coffee are a must-try, and I recommend visiting his place when you go to Siargao.

One of my absolute favorite restaurants in Siargao! They have the most unique menu items I've ever had the pleasure of trying on the island. Their classic Soufflé Pancakes are just jiggly delicious clouds in your mouth. The open face Steak Sandwich is my comfort food. The most unique one is the Uni Tako pasta, a brilliant combination of grilled octopus with a simple sea urchin sauce. Plus, they have the Bibingka version of the soufflé, which is a unique twist on the classic Filipino snack! Absolutely to die for. 🤤 The owner is always so welcoming making his customers feel like they're home …

DELICIOUS breakfast spot!!! 10/10 best breakfast on the trip. We’ve already been here twice. The owner is very kind and personable which makes the experience that much better. Great price and perfect location to stop on your way before exploring the island. I had the omelette both days and my friend had the pancakes. Both were so tasty and came out fast. This is definitely a business you want to support in Siargao. All of the locals sit at the bar and dine here often.
