Peaceful ambiance except for the occasional sound of cars passing. Lobby smelled great so we were somewhat disappointed because the room smelled a bit musty (luckily we brought our own air freshener and that fixed it). Staff was courteous and happily assisted with any requests we made. Over-all recommendable place to stay over the weekend.

We were a group of three guys but they had the rooms to facilitate us. They let us check in early which made things much easier. The first room wasn't too great, the AC unit was a little loud and washroom didn't have hot water. They switched us out to a much better room. The hot water takes a while but if you run it for awhile it's fine. The finish and maintenance of the new room was much better. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed my time here.

Location is the major win for this property, being just off JP Rizal. Having both street level and underground parking in this area of Makati were major pluses as well. However, the overall layout of the ballroom and the inconsistency of the aircon coverage were major issues

Good for short stays or business trips. The area is walking distance to a mall and there a good mix of local food and restaurants close by. Staff are friendly and helpful; rooms are clean and up to standard. Encountered some problems with the room keys but that was fixed promptly upon request. Walls are a bit thin (woke up to the sound of noisy neighbours), but would come back again if I were visiting the city for a few days.

The security and desk staff are great, but there are somethings they can not fix. But it was the roaches, the lack of more than surface cleanliness and disrepair of the property that killed it for me. Cabs can’t always find it, but it is in an accessible part of the city.
