Easily the best resto in Salcedo Village. Super cool spot and great service. Love how they curate their music here. Reminds me of the trendy joints in Europe It elevates the ambiance. The Paellas are killers. Their steaks are Very good and under rated. Friday nights here are the best.
Beautiful and relaxed atmosphere with friendly and attentive staff. The food we ordered were the thin Paella and the Salad which were both amazing. We highly recommend this lovely bistro.
Recently included in the Michelin Guides Selected Restaurant for 2026
Was craving for comfort food and went straight to Pablo. The lasagna hit the spot! Excellent lasagna. Well done!
