We kissed the buffet so we had to order ala carte… surprisingly, the food was not bad! the sizzling tofu and crispy pata was really good! The was a live band! There were even dancers during band breaks when a DJ played… oh and they offered massages too! LOL

We ordered nachos at around 6:30 pm. We paid on the spot and had to use cash because they said card payment wasn’t available. The couple we were sharing a table with got their nachos around 15 minutes later. We followed up ours three times (at around 7 pm, 7:30 pm, and 8 pm). We even had to show our receipt because the waiters did not seem to believe that part of our food has not arrived. Every time we followed up, we basically got brushed off. My date finally went downstairs to the bar and kitchen at 8:30 (2 HOURS after we ordered) and got told that they ran out of nachos. I understand that …

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! NO CONCERN FOR SAFETY. Been to Padrino twice, one month apart, to attend DITS. Our first time there, we pre-ordered food, about four different menu plus drinks. We asked them to serve our order the moment we sat down. Drinks arrived about an hour later after several follow ups. Even yung bottled water, parang we had to beg pa to serve kasi uhaw na kami. First food arrived another hour after. Just that one. The rest, nahilo na kami sa gutom and paulit ulit na follow up, when, in the end, it turned out wala pala silang supply. We arrived quite late(7:30pm) for an event. As soon as we sat down, we ordered some food and drinks. Ours came quickly but the people who were in the table before us have been waiting for their order for 2hrs. I overheard them say that they ordered around 5:30pm. They barely touched their food when it came since the show already started. And I think they were really hungry since they ordered some dishes with rice.
