food - low quality meat, chicken was not fresh and feather remains are still visible, lost my appetite service - really slow, refill took more than 40 mins. they are short staffed- they need to hire more. atmosphere - place is kinda clean - their orange chairs aren't that sturdy - staff will advise you to switch chairs parking - limited! had a bad experience, i think i prefer the lasalle branch.

Best Unlimited chicken in Bacolod! The east branch serves better chicken than the north drive branch because they serve every wing fresh and hot. They do not add too much sauce that might overpower the taste of the chicken. I've eaten at the northdrive and east branch a couple of times already and I like both. East branch serves better chicken but it can be hot there too because it is not airconditioned. The service was a bit slow but it is understandable because like I said it's serve fresh from the pan. the waiting time exceeded by 20 mins as stated in the menu. My family and I waited for AN HOUR for our order and we waited for nearly an HOUR for our refills. The wings served to us were small and some of the flavors we requested were forgotten when served. Never recommending this place to anyone ever.
