Depends on which louge you're talking about. The one in Manila T1 while waiting for an LAX PR102 flight was shockingly bad. It was like something out of the 1950's. The one in Cebu, T1 was OK, but found out its not a PAL lounge, there renting it from someone else while their louge is being renovated. The one Malilla T1 was not accessible for wheelchair access. It's was terrible.
