The staffs are very accommodating with our needs, the rooms are very clean and they really guide us on what to do and give us some directions whenever we need to commute from one place to another
Great value for money. The location was easily accessible from both the airport and the venues I had to visit for business. The wireless internet connection was quite slow when I was there and my mobile data was more reliable for work. The front desk personnel, the doorman, the driver for the airport transfers, and the housekeepers were all very pleasant and helpful. Kudos to them.
"Kindness and Consideration During Challenging Times" We recently stayed at Palawan Uno Hotel, and I highly recommend it. Due to the challenging weather conditions during our trip, we faced some difficulties with our reservation. However, the hotel staff, particularly Ms. Gladys, were incredibly understanding and accommodating. They adjusted our check-in date promptly, which alleviated a lot of our stress and worries. This hotel has many different room options, is relatively clean, has great internet throughout, had basic amenities (pool, restaurant, gym, spa), and is in a good location. The best part, however, is the amazing staff! They are upbeat, super nice, always greet you with a smile, and are always helpful. The girl working overnight when I arrived at 4 am was amazing! rooms are decent and clean. it was hard to sleep because of the machine noise. we got the adjoining rooms for ₱5,000+ through Agoda. good for short stays. free airport transfers. two pillows are provided per person. shower and toilet is clean. body towels and face/hand towels smell clean. water pressure is strong and the water heater is working. the bidet in our room needs cleaning. the TV in our room is not a smartTV and it’s channel reception is poor. the elevator also needs cleaning. i wish there was night light installed. the hotel is beside the highway and is walking distance to banks, …
