Definitely worth a visit!
the bone marrow soup was really, really good. it was served hot and had a nice kick of spice.. like an elevated version of bulalo. the chicken pianggang was also good. the dish with coconut, mashed potatoes, and meat was enjoyable too. the rest of the dishes in the dulang were just okay. the fried pompano with sambal was really good though, it was my first time trying fried pompano and the sambal paired really well with the fish. lastly, the knickerbocker was such a nice way to end the meal. it wasn’t too sweet.. just vanilla ice cream with watermelon and those green and red jelly bits you us…
so so good that i cant stop verbally praising it at every bite 😭 love how the burnt coconut add flavor to the piyanggang manok. beef kurma is soo rich. will be back to try their other dishes
amazing dining experience. what we ordered was said to be good for 2 but tbh can be for 3-4 just add extra rice. really enjoyed the soup in the middle
menu sampler is good if you cant decide what to order 1. Beef kurma was good. Enjoyed it. Milder and sweeter version of a thai curry. 2. Pianggang manok is best if you eat it with the sarsa. The chicken was dry af idk if intentional because may sarsa but flavorwise it was a good mix of smoky salty spicy and sweet 3. Belachan manuk didnt stand out for me, forgot what it tasted like 4. Puso ng saging na parang laing i forgot what the dish is called. It was too salty for me 5. Tiyula itum was the best out of everything. It isnt that special but it tasted like home like how a lola is supposed to…
