I recently visited PAMANA, and it completely shattered my expectations! At first glance, I thought it was just a typical Pasalubung store for tourists, but as I ventured inside, I discovered a charming restaurant called TSOKOLATERIA. The place looks nice, the view outside looks very nice if it werent dinner time, but even so the outdoor ambiance was very dazzling. The food was great, the pork humba melts in the mouth, the bistek salmon belly was really nice as well. The aligue rice was excellent, the portion was supposed to be good for 2, but we think that it can be eaten by at least 3-4 persons. The caesar salad was served with fresh and crisp lettuce with an extra dressing on the side, as well as grilled chicken, and poached egg which was new to me and my partner. Food was great. We ordered, bulalo, adobong pusit, seafood medley, lechon manok, bangus na pakbet. The stand out was the seafood medley, lechon manok and adobong pusit. We also ordered hot chocolate, bittersweet and was so good! Place was vibeyy, great for dinner out/date night. Will go back for the desserts 🥰

This restaurant is a treasure. The food was absolutely delicious. My fiancee and I had several dishes including the pumpkin soup served with these light cacao infused bread sticks and a cacao and honey dip, truffle tarte with green chili butter, baked Brie with guava jam and cacao and honey dip. And cold cacao cappuccinos. This food is really an exquisite fusion and not a traditional Filipino cuisine restaurant as some of these locals on here are quick to criticize.
