From my own experience, the quality of the food in this pancake house is terrible. For a bill of PHP 1,100 we got 2 Salisbury steak w/ rice meals 1 order of baked macaroni, and 1 creamy tomato soup. The rice of one Salisbury steak meal was already spoiled. The gravy was literally water, it was tasteless and as liquid as water. Tinitipid din nila ung gravy sa serving. We had to ask for additional water..este gravy. The tomato soup was good, but it had no cream in it. The baked macaroni was more (watery) sauce than macaroni and cheese. I stopped going here a year ago after I experienced a slow service during their All You Can Promo. Went here this week during lunch time and I must say they have improved. Staff is now attentive and they communicate to the customers unlike before. I personally approached their staff to give my feedback. Keep it up!

The Pancake House branch at High Pointe Center serves the best waffles imho. Perfectly cooked with crispy edges. Evwn the fried chicken is perfectly cooked. The only complain I have is the lumpy gravy that comes with the fried chicken. The staff are polite also.

The food is good but not special or noteworthy. Just expect competently cooked meals but the flavors are just normal or mid. The service staff at this particular branch are very casual. No one is ready to greet you when you enter (take note, I came in on an empty hour). The atmosphere also feels dated. The dining area looks relaxing with neutral wood tones and white backlight. I just hate how the counter looks, the horizontal warm brown stripes with the black and pink neon sign is not pleasing to the eyes. I had the set and I think I got my money's worth.
