Good food, the portion has been consistent even at different branch. Employees are attentive at the needs of every customers even though the place is full. The lighting is kind of not my preference it is too near for comfort. There are no issues regarding the color.

(Update May 20, 2023) As I suspected, my issues from my last visit were entirely due to the aftereffects of the visit to my dentist. Today I ordered my favorite Almondigas soup, and it was just as I remembered it from my visits to other branches. I also ordered a Salisbury Steak rice meal, Potato Salad, and Calamansi juice. Pancake House food is always good, especially their pancakes with simple syrup, and their coffee is the perfect pair for the pancake. Pancake House prices are on the high end. This branch is clean and fully air-conditioned. There is a lot of seating, but sometimes I see a line here on weekends. Their staff is welcoming and attentive. A lot of parking spots provided by the festival mall.

Familiar American and Filipino breakfast food from a long known brand that dates back even before every other restaurant has started to popped out everywhere. I think people keep coming back because of their comfort food that every palate has got used to. I find the taste though wanting of spices, even bland, like their omelette on which you have to sprinkle salt and pepper readily available on the table. Food is OK for thr price. nothing special. The garlic bread was cold and stale. Service was faster than other branches, and the providers were friendly and efficient. If you’re looking for a quick bite and aren’t too picky, fine. Just don’t expect too much.
