We were pretty far back in the queue, but we were given the option to be seated immediately if the 4 of us were willing to be separated into 2 tables of 2. Service couldn't get any better from there. ❤️ For a Friday night, it is very loud. This is by no fault of the establishment, but if you're quite sensitive to noise like me, just beware of it. The food was so good it made me break my diet. Appearance, taste, texture - 😙👌 My salmon mentaiko had very soft melt-in-your-mouth salmon, while there are ingredients that made the dish crunchy as well. I loved it! The food and service is great. It's Japanese cuisine but they have a unique twist to the flavor. The serving size is quite big too. We went there on a Thursday night at around 6:30 PM and almost all the tables were taken. The spot near the air conditioner gets quite cold (I had a jacket on so it wasn't an issue), but they did accommodate our request to point it upwards a bit.

Place is a bit small and the decor looks unfinished, specially the counter area. Probably not great for bigger groups and it gets loud inside because of the lack of space. Service is great. Attentive staff. Always ready to refill the service water. We're a group of 3. Ordered Gyudon, Chickendon, Soft tofu, karaage and spicy salmon. Spicy salmon's portion was disappointing. As a starter, it made a bad impression on us as new customers. It definitely tasted good pero it wasn't a plate for sharing given its price. Their best seller, saba misoni, was unavailable. Sad we didn't get to try it. …

The place was packed almost right after we got seated. Good thing we were a bit early to secure a table. Tried their gyudon, chashudon, cauliflower fritto, shishito peppers, salmon chips and choco fudge. Loved the cauliflower and shishito peppers. Expect generous servings of the donburi bowls, couldn't finish both so had them packed to go. All were reasonably priced, no wonder the place gets packed, aside from the good food options available on the menu.
