Let’s start with the good: the service at this branch is excellent. The staff are friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. I also appreciate that everyone is wearing face masks, likely due to the hospital setting. One staff member even noticed we were about to leave without our take-out order and kindly reminded us. It’s small details like these that make a big difference. Now, onto the disappointing part: their Hot Roast Beef was a letdown. A typical Pancake House. Place is clean and the staff are fast and attentive but sometimes it gets a little crowded. The dishes are good and filling. The serving is just right and prices... well let's put it this way... you get what you pay for. BTW they deliver orders straight to your room.

Their "All You Can" is a good deal at P399. Two rounds of it can be worth it already. Their spaghetti with meat sauce is 👍👍👍 Their chicken taco is not so; it’s more like a sandwich, but you can’t remove it from the deal; you need to eat and finish it if you want another round.

Floor was oily and coffee was served cold, although food is decent. Service could use improvement. I frequent pancake house and always order a large spaghetti at every branch I visit.

Food tastes fine. It can get really crowded so expect waiting time around 15mins. Got big chunks of cheese on my pasta.
