Floor plan of Pancake House is not for big groups, not wheelchair accessible on the mezzanine area and the entire restaurant is a bit hot inside. Food is delicious, staff was commendable.

There was a bit of a wait although the pancake orders came out faster. I feel there was some change in their taco recipe since the filling tasted different from when I remember. Place is small so if you are with seniors who cant go upstairs you shld reserve table downstairs .

I went ate here last night an hour before they closed. It was one of those places left open until 10PM. The restaurant was quite hot even though I sat near the AC — it was at 16C, on the 2nd floor. They had a button on the table to call for service. I had to press it a couple of times to get the menu and the bill. The bill took the longest. I had to go downstairs to get it over with. The food took quite some time to arrive but it was good overall. Nothing beats a chicken and waffle combo.

We visited this particular branch expecting a peaceful ambiance. It did deliver on that front - perhaps a little too much. The tranquility came at a cost: sluggish service. The staff, while not unfriendly, seemed inattentive. The food itself took a significant amount of time to arrive. Factoring in the wait for service, the entire dining experience stretched on for quite some time.
