thanks for the 50% off dining promo for bdo creditcard holders, we've got to enjoy their baked mac, chicken alfredo, fried chicken, mushroom soup, roast beef, salisbury steak and ham & egg omelette. staffs were very friendly and accommodating. ample parking space.

If you want pricey food then go here. Nothing special on the place. Staffs are courteous though.

Food at pancake house is not really that special vs price. The servers in this branch are courteous. The only problem we had was the manager / OIC. I just cannot say here what happened. But we did not have that kind of problem when we transacted with the other branches of Pancake House.

I don't know why this branch remains mediocre after being here for eons already. They should have mastered the art and science of customer service and good dishes. On our last visit: the service was ultra slow, even forgot our request for a water refill, the food tasted meh, and the place was warm and uncomfortable due to a broken aircon, I hope they can still regain their good reputation. Not worth your money

Slow service and staff. Took us over 30 minutes to serve and there was only two of us dining in. Staff took ages to refill even just one cup of iced tea. It was if they forgot we were even here at some point, because I also noticed one staff looking concerned that we don't have food yet after waiting so long. Food wasn't even that good. Never eating here again. Was a bad first experience for Pancake House.
