We've tried for the first time in this branch for dine in Place quite small full inside so we told the staff will transfer if there's available table coz outside is kinda noisy. Pancake House has been serving me and my family for a few occasions now and then since it opened at SM City Taytay. We've been eating here together with our relatives who were first-time comers in the Municipality of Taytay. We also ate here on normal days we go shopping or just buying grocery stocks. Even if I was eating alone, no questions asked, the place has always been homey. I love their Special Salisbury Steak (BTW!) with add-on egg and upgraded plain rice to garlic ones. This is the "comfort" place to eat for our kids to eat every time we go to SM Taytay. Their Pan Fried Chicken is my favorite. The Salisbury Steak is also our kids' favorite. Just be aware that the place is not that big so have an early lunchnif you want to eat here during weekends 😁

The worst customer service ever! Ordered from them a few days ago and the food was delivered nearly 2 hours late because according to the rider, no one woke him up from his break. Now, I tried placing another order with them and they suddenly come up with the excuse that they don't deliver to our area anymore. We are literally 15 minutes away from this branch and well within their area of coverage. All other restaurants in the area that have delivery still deliver to our area. If you plan on eating here, eat on site. As for delivery, they just plain suck!
