The food was delicious. The spicy chicken is good and the chicken nuggets were freshly cooked. The ambiance is refreshing. Cool and nice staff. Always leaving you with a smile.

I had a nice breakfast here with my girlfriend, the food was all excellent and tasted so good. The staff were attentive and friendly, the restaurant is nice and clean and well lit, especially the side with the windows facing out into the street. Seating was comfortable and we had a nice time there

Have always loved Pancake House and dining here whether in the Philippines or abroad never disappoints me. Had a wonderful lunch here with family last month. Will definitely come back. Pancake Philippines’s menu has more options than the ones in the Middle East, but still love the food and service.

Me, My Husband and My one year old baby. Walked out from your resto. We are patiently waiting for our turn that time when other customer came. They also have a baby. Why on a sudden your staff prioritized them instead of us.? She also gave them seats and menu and a baby highchair???? I felt bad for my baby. So disappointing we will never eat on your resto even in other branches. !

Super bad experience with the staff akala ata nila we don't have the money here to eat. Prioritizing those people, when in fact nauna kami sa mga yon, that girl really don't know what customer service is. Will never recommend here. Very disappointing!
