They have a new logo and a slightly bigger store, so that's a good change! Their food was filling and hit home. We got the daing na bangus, Shanghai, and lechon kawali. Everything was fresh, tasted great, and was served quickly, despite the dinner rush! Overall, a great experience! I highly recommend getting their larger, sharing platters!
The Pancit Malabon is their main dish here which is yummy and very filling. However, we wanted to try something like Dinuguan which is also not bad. They always run out of puto which is the main combination if you want to eat it for snack only. Tried their pichi pichi which is also not bad. The negative side only here is they only accept cash for payment. Services may take a little of time which is still acceptable so far.
Unlike before, credit card and digital payments are now accepted. Food was absolutely delicious but the portions made me a bit sad. It was a bit pricey for the amount you get in a set meal. A lot can be said about the service as well - considering that there weren’t too many people in line, I think it still took way too long to serve my order. Also, I felt that staff at the order counter didn’t make it comfortable for guests to ask questions and order food.
Ordered their pancit malabon and halo halo. Price range is from 100 to 200 pesos. The serving portion was not enought to satisfy my cravings that time. Wish to have more. 😓 But, the pancit tastes good. It was served hot also which is a plus factor. Best to match with their halo halo. Thought the ingredients of their halo halo is different from the usual. 😅 Worth to try. In terms of the place, it was quite hot inside their store. Given that it was also afternoon when we went there. Hope they can also improve on that. They also offer other foods like rice meals, pinoy delicacies and kakanin. …
The pancit malabon is absolutely delicious. The staff service is terrible. They don't greet you when you come in and never say thank you when you leave. The cashier/waitress is frowning the whole time like she hates her job. And she seem to hate it when customers ask her questions.
