We are happy to see this new branch of Panda Express open. The good news is that the freshness and taste is about the same as in the US. The veggies are not overcooked. Especially tasty are the shrimp dishes which are made to order. This is a good example of "American Chinese" fast food as opposed to authentic Chinese food. As such, this place is less expensive than Din Tai Fung but more expensive than Chow King. One big difference between PE and CK? PE does not add MSG into their dishes.
Casual Dining Experience Went here for lunch after check up in the nearby hospital. The place is somehow new and it was pretty empty after 1pm. While the trays are half empty or half full, we were still able to choose what we like. The services was also fast since we were the only customer at that time. The food were still good and satisfying for us who almost skipped lunchtime. Good thing, this place exists here so we have options other than usual fast food chain.
It’s my first time eating Panda Express in the Philippines. We have plenty of Panda Express in Las Vegas Nevada and all throughout California. I love how the orange chicken tasted the same. I really didn’t take pictures of the dishes since most of the dish bowls are empty. We waited a while since the fried rice are all gone. They have a special deal we’re you buy Two large sides like fried rice or chowmein and Three large main dish like orange chicken, cashew shrimp, veggies. Serving size is ok same as in the United States. I didn’t give them a better review because of the long wait. I would …
I like the fast serving setup. Ate with my family. Ordered a bowl meal which includes 1 entree (Honey Walnut Shrimp) and 1 side (Mixed vegetables), which I liked. We also had the Egg Drop and Hot and Sour soup, their famous Orange Chicken, Asian Grilled Chicken (bowl meal) and Chow Mien. I liked all the food except for the Orange Chicken (Sorry! This is supposed to be the favourite). It was chewy. Also, the broccoli in the mixed vegetables had a bitter taste. We informed the staff and they graciously acknowledged it and offered us another entree to compensate for the trouble. Staff were gre…
1st and last time eating here. All the viands tasted like their orange chicken. Prices for the dishes were also higher than average. Viand servings are small despite the additional 75 pesos for the beef and shrimp dishes. Do yourself a favor and skip the pancit canton (half-half) and just order the egg fried rice. This is the worst pancit i've ever tasted, so bland with little sahog and the texture was like eating paper, no joke. We spent 1000 pesos for 1 bowl 1 plate, with a sode dish and 1 drink. In Chowking your 1000 can buy you 2 lauriat meals, with side dish of siomai and kangkong, large…
