Pandos Eatery and Fernando's Kambingan

After watching the vlog of Mike Dizon (drumner of Sandwich, Teeth, Pedicab) about this carenderia the other night, my family and I paid it a visit for brunch the very next day. We arrived at 11am and by this time the place was already getting full with other diners. Fortunately we were still able to get a table big enough for our group of six. Came across Pando while looking for some good place to eat around QC - the resto looks neat! and the neighborhood was quiet, I thought it was gonna be a normal “Karinderya sa kanto” type places but boy was I wrong BIG TIME!

The Kalderetang Kambing was good and I highly recommend it 5/5, the Lumpia is great! super meaty, was a little bit on the sweet side (kinda reminds me of siomai) and definitely home made, Garlic Bangus was great as well and mind you if was topped with the real-thing! not one of those crispy-garlic nonsense that people buy on the grocery and they serve it fresh! Good food. Value for money. Fast service.

Worth every penny. Bang for the buck and tasty food specially the bangus with the fresh fried garlic. The lumpia was also nice imagine eating a bolabola siopao but fried 👏.

We love Pando's cooked dishes! Good Value and consistently delicious always 💚
