Best Japanese shortcake! Close to authentic that you’d normally buy in Japan. We love the sweets and even their boxes. I would recommend to order the shortcake in advance as it sells out quickly. I always order their mochi and melon pan. For bento, their beef yakiniku is one of the best. I’ve been purchasing online since the start of pandemic. Great customer service also as they answer as soon as possible,

My friend and I ordered a few desserts for dine in. There were no other customers in the store but the server begrudgingly let us sit while prioritizing the breads on the table. There was also no strawberry shortcake available which is their bestseller, and apparently has to be ordered in advance. 😕 4 stars for the food, 1 star for poor customer service.
