Glad to discover this quaint small coffee shop in front of Fully Booked at Eastwood mall. We had their Peppermint mocha, Miss Saigon and Caramel latte and we love the coffee. Not too sweet and strong enough to keep you awake and happy. I regret to buy just the regular size (I wanted more lol). Staff is nice and friendly even if they're busy (which is expected because we visited on a weekend afternoon). Their Peppermint mocha is one of the best we tried. Better than most premium coffee chains. Coffee lovers should give Pedal Cafe a try. We'll be back to try other flavors.

Pedal Cafe recently opened this month, October 2022. It is a small pop up store located at the 4th floor of Eastwood Mall, across Fully Booked. I ordered Ms. Saigon - close to a Vietnamese coffee (as per Ate, who i forgot to ask her name), and by default, with 2 espresso shots. Surprisingly, I love it. Next time, I will try their Spanish Latte. Serving time is short, which is very good. Tried Pedal Café at Eastwood Mall. They have a simple and welcoming set-up. Always partial to Viet Coffee and was interested to try out theirs. Although it didn’t had that characteristic punch that I always look for in Vietnamese coffee, it wasn’t a bad experience overall. Also tried coffee + vanilla ice cream combo and it was too sweet for me. This is a good alternative for coffee in Podium especially if you already had too much of the coffee chains.

Tried their coffee float (large at Php 170) It was pretty good except it was too sweet. The drink had some syrup/was sweetened in addition to the vanilla ice cream topping. It was too sweet I didn't manage to finish it. I hope they give heads up if it had syrup or sweeteners or they can have it indicated on the menu also? A one-liner description of the drink may help also so we don't get surprised 😔 Or sana it was optional/could be modified? Am open to try again but will probs just get a plain latte or flat white if available
