Been meaning to go here once again by dine-in because you can’t just experience this sizzling plate by delivery. The place is clean and they ask for your vaccination card if you are going to dine-in. They have limited food choices though.

Pepper Lunch (Southwoods Mall) It was a lazy weekend evening when I decided to date myself and went out. So I went to Southwoods Mall and looked for a place to eat then I saw Pepper Lunch. I ordered one of their best sellers, the Jumbo Beef Pepper Rice and a Matcha Ice Cream for dessert.. and it was great. They're very generous with their servings and the beef tastes really good. The staff was accommodating as well, taking time to explain the best way to eat it. I wanna try everything in the menu..

The food was okay, but the water dispenser was concerning. The water appeared contaminated with black particles, and we noticed they placed the water bottles directly into the dispenser without removing the sealed plastic. This practice could lead to potential plastic contamination.
