Great food, accommodating crew. But it gets very crowded sometimes. Waiting time is 40 minutes at the minimum.

Located on the second level of the UP Town Center, and pretty easy to spot as they are located right next to the mall entrance. The Pepper Lunch serves quality fast-food steak. Service was good and pretty quick. The tables were clean even on busy hours. The food was good as expected.

Honestly, Pepper Lunch is one of my favorite restaurants. My usual is the classic Beef Pepper Rice with the Honey Brown Sauce. The service is also great. They make sure that all customers who are going to dine inside are fully vaccinated. They also make it a point to entertain customers queued outside the store.

Loved Pepper Lunch during their first years but taste, serving size and customer service seem to decline over the years. This particular branch, specifically, is really stressful. Order arrived after more than 50 mins. (Ordered at 7:19pm, served at 8:10) Made a follow up and the cashier even had the guts to question if really it has been more than 40mins. Showed her the receipt and was just told that its coming.) Observed that they prioritise preparation of Grab orders over dine in.. so that’s that. Won’t recommend coming here..especially is you’re hungry.
