The food was great. We were seated as soon as we arrived. We had the Chicken and pasta group meal plus the birthday treat meal for free because we had a "Shakey's SuperCard". Overall we did not finish the food so we had takeaways. They have an interesting range of sauces from mild to the spiciest one. We tried it all. The spiciest one was not that spicy for me, maybe because I am used to Malaysian and Indian food. But don't get me wrong they were all great.

The food is excellent; however, it took nearly an hour for our order to be served, despite the fact that we only ordered half a chicken and two servings of Java rice. The service at this branch falls short compared to your other locations. Additionally, the servers were quite loud to each other, which detracts from the atmosphere expected in a well-known restaurant. There is significant room for improvement.

Food was OK in terms of taste, but some of the serving sizes were not worth it (the side dishes in particular). Likely won't order the group platter again, as it seems too expensive for what we got. The food also took a very very long time to arrive. Service is incredibly slow, and even simply getting the bill required at least 3 follow-ups.

It was my first time trying Peri-Peri, and I was disappointed. We ordered the Chicken and Rib group meal with some additional orders. When the food was served, the rice was cold, and the chicken was dry. We also ordered mashed potato for additional side dishes, to only be told that it was not available when we were already eating. Another of the side dishes, the corn and carrots, should just be called buttered corn. There were fewer than 10 carrots in the dish. Our iced tea was served in the middle of our meal while another table who came after us already had theirs before their food arrived.…

Disappointing Experience I recently dined at Peri Peri, and unfortunately, it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. First off, the food was served cold, which was already off-putting. To make matters worse, we were informed that the side dishes we had ordered were not available only after we were halfway through our meal. This information was only provided when we followed up—otherwise, it seemed like they had no intention of letting us know.
