What I like about charcoal-roasted chicken is its smoky flavor. They provide sweet soy sauces, but I always request those hot smoky sauce bars they have. It's perfect. Then you balance it with their coleslaw. yummy! The service is outstanding from the moment you enter until you step out. Excellent 👍 The Portuguese tart is good.

I ordered Charcoal Chilly and Spicy Chicken with Yellow (JAVA) Rice. Both came cold. But, I called the Waiter. He warmed it up and brought it back. The most important problem in this restaurant is this: I told the waiter that I wanted especially spicy, garlic and lemon fried chicken. Although, I specifically stated that I did not want sweet sauce, the Cook sent chicken on his own without the hassle of making a garlic, lemon and hot sauce. Food was actually good, never dissappoints! Loved their signature smokey tasting grilled chicken plus their sauces was a perfect match! Sweet, spicy, and salty variants to choose from. Must try is their Tartufo Pasta! Truffle infused creamy sauce! Yum! 🤤 So why 3 Stars on this branch? Service overall is OK, staff was friendly and all but billing out takes a looonnnggg time. Ordered the healthy plates and aglio olio on a Sunday night and they took 20 and 30 minutes, respectively, to be served. Will I wait for the pasta if they told me there's a 30min wait? NO. Not worth it and it's not even that tasty. The service crew is also not that welcoming. With this restaurant's price range, there should be at least a bit of warmth. The bill also took a lot of time as they're making so much mistakes with it, not sure why. Maybe it's just this specific branch that has problems.

The food delivery service was extremely slow, and the staff was unfriendly when we tried to follow up. We had already finished eating when one of our orders was still incomplete. We had to take it out, and even the packing process was so slow. To make matters worse, the service was even slower when we were about to pay. To top it all off, the staff didn’t even inform us about their promotions, particularly their Supercard. We had to resort to searching online to find out about it.
