Food 5/5 The food served is adequate to the price you pay. It was served hot and fresh. Their sauce selection is something you can enjoy as well. Their Torta Gorilla is a must-try. First time trying here.service on my was visit was pretty quick only a few other customers. I got the quarter chicken leg with java rice and mashed potatoes also the sampler with dynamite, fries and fried chicken skin. The chicken was nicely flavored and had a nice charcoal taste to it the mashed potatoes was almost very similar to kfcs. The dynamite was perfectly dried and was the right amount the fries were ok and fried skin was ok also. To add she got the same as me except she had mac n cheese which had a overwhelming bacon flavor almost too much.

We dined months ago. I have very good experiences with other Peri Peri branches but in this branch I had one of the worst dining experiences. The older lady who was taking our order kept pressuring us to order the group meal even though we wanted our own individual meals. It took a long time for her to get our orders and some of us had to repeat saying our orders. And then!! A few minutes later a different server approached us to take our orders AGAIN! We expected all in all quality dining experience as we’ve been to peri-peri a lot of times but this branch disappointed us in terms of customer service. Food is expected to taste good, well good thing it did. But there is just so much delay in accommodating and serving orders. Aside from the fact that we are seated in the outdoor tables (because we have a dog with us), it’s seemed hard to catch the attention of the staff. It was past lunch time so the place wasn't even half full and yet the service was excrutiating. We had to follow up every dish and drink, and the sauce trays didn't even arrive with the chicken orders. The food was flavorful as before but the portion and meat sizes have shrunk. Like our previous visit years ago, their iced tea was too sugary and they had trouble providing ice. Years have passed and this branch has failed to improve. Most probably will not be visiting again...
