I have tried Pho Ga, Pho Special, and their leche flan. These are really good. Well, may mga kulang na condiments and I haven't really tried original one in Vietnam, but they have good pho's here. Pricey yes because i'm comparing it to the same price as that of an authentic japanese ramen. Service is good.
Phat Pho is located at the ground level of Ayala Central Bloc. It is by the street beside the entrance of SEDA Hotel. Really cool looking interior. Aircon temperature is good. Condiments are complete and has a very authentic experience. The sauces they guve with the dishes are a bit on the tiny side. Taste is great. We got the Gui Con, Beef Satay and Congee. Service is okay. It can be better. Staff look a bit stressed, some of them are good though. It takes time for them to see you, given that there aren't so many diners around.
While the Vietnamese spring roll was fresh, I wish the soup was hotter. The price is a little on the high side, but portions are large. We were hungry so that helped
Phat Pho at Cebu IT Park has a nice atmosphere, and the service was impressively quick, which I appreciated. However, I found the pricing a bit steep for what you get—380 pesos for a bowl of pho that only had three small slices of beef felt underwhelming. While the taste was good, the portion didn’t quite justify the cost. It’s a convenient spot if you’re in the area, but I expected a bit more value for the price.
I ordered the banh xeo but it was super oily. The salad tasted very good. The sauce that came with it too. Waited quite some time for my banh xeo, if i wasn’t very hungry i would have returned the dish. Service was ok, ambience also ok. Pity they made a healthy dish this oily. The napkin i used to soak up the oil to avoid it getting to my salad was almost all yellow 🥲
