I would say, make sure you have a budget. The price there is not cheap but the quality of food is impressive. I like their peanut sauce for the spring rolls. I forgot the name. They provide you service water without even asking. Staff are always smiling and you can see the chiefs cooking. After you eat and about to live the staff says thank you. I'm glad I went there and experienced their vietnamese cuisine.

Pho Ga Special, Egg Rolls and Satays are my to go comfort lunch food at Phat Pho.🩷 Phat Pho at Robinson Cybergate is consistent at offering freshly- cooked and well-balanced ingredients-filled dishes that satisfy both your palate and health. I think every branch of Phat Pho in Cebu is like this but the service at Cybergate is extra special.😊 Staff are very attentive and friendly and service time is fast even at busy lunch hours. Keep up the high standard service and more loyal customers to come!

The Pho is really same taste like I was in Vietnam, as a Vietnamese, I can say it original, but the only different is meat ball, I dont recommend it. And recommend to have a small size if you eat alone, bcoz the big size is vert big haha I just came here again and I am not satisfied with Bun Bo Hue, super salty and not tasty at all, it make me feel bad after eating a super salty dish. Others dishes are still nice

Funny how being an Albertan would mean eating a lot of steak and Pho. I've been craving Pho since I arrived in the Philippines. I am hesitant to try and eat pho here because I've had a prior bad experience. We were in the area and were craving for soup and noodles. I didn't have to google because their sign and the decals screamed "we serve pho". I was surprised they serve what we usually order, spring rolls, meatball pho, and number 15 (pho dac biet).
