I arrived at 1:56pm today and the store just opened. It always opens late. I tried to buy a Relx pod and I gave php1000 cash. She said she had no change. I said I would buy 2 pods so she could give me Php500. She said, Gcash nalang. I said, sorry wala po ako Gcash, wala po ba kayo kahit Php 500? She said no, her exact words “lalabas pa po ako para magpabarya” and gave me back my money. The worst customer service. I never encountered a business that would decline revenue because they were ill prepared.
