giving this 5 stars bc i haven't tried other vietnamese restos but i go to pho hoa whenever i crave pho. their beef brisket pho is 10/10!!!!!!!!!!! the broth and meat = chef's kiss!!!!! i also tried the tofu dish and it was okay. it tasted super bread crumby hehe. i just removed it and ate the silky tofu and sauce. will not buy it again but will always always come back for their pho.

The restaurant's open-concept dining area, located in the middle of the mall hallway, can feel a bit exposed with people walking by while you eat. The service was a bit slow, possibly due to the late hour, but the food was consistently delicious and satisfying. I particularly enjoyed their unique twist on mango sticky rice with vanilla ice cream. It was absolutely fantastic.

I'm from Seattle, USA and I grew up around Pho shops operated by Vietnamese immigrants. I'm always craving Pho. I went to another Pho shop nearby and wasn't exactly fulfilled. Pho Hoa did satisfy my cravings. The beef slices were supple and soft. They offered different fillings in their Goi Cuon springrolls. There were also Vegetarian options on their menu, most were appetizers.

Dined at this restaurant nestled within Uptown Mall in BGC, and it was an enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was warm (literally!), making it a good spot for a casual meal. Started with the sizzling pork, which was served with a sauce that leaned towards the sweeter side. This sweetness, however, complemented the savory pork and paired wonderfully with the rice, creating a harmonious blend of flavors. Next to try was the minced chicken and mushroom dish.
