I decided to have lunch at Paseo Center, and upon arriving, I noticed that most of the restaurants and even fast-food chains were busy and full of customers, which is expected around past 1 pm. Amidst the bustling crowd, I spotted Pho Hoa, a place I had never heard of before, and decided to give it a try to explore Vietnamese cuisine. Glad to stumbled upon this gem nearby Ayala Triangle! The portions are satisfying and well worth the price. However, I would advise against visiting during lunchtime as it tends to get quite crowded.

Service is nice, but the beef pho probably already localized, soup is very salty, and the meat ball is not really meat ball but more like a fish cake.

The food is good, simple and tasty enough, but the new crew is sadly not knowledgeable without a menu and too noisy. It is expected as the restaurant is after all more of a fast food than fine dining, but the branch in greenbelt 1 has a good team that is both efficient and courteous. The brisket was a bit on the cold side today while the spring rolls were crisp and tasty. A little effort will earn you more clients.
