My kids love this place! The food is really good and the serving is just right. I hope they can be pet friendly in the future though.

I love the Vietnamese food here! Almost all the food here is my favorite and would recommend it! A little bit problem here is the place, it’s always been a bit warm to hot. Not enough cold from air conditioning. I had been here more than twice and the problem is still like this.

My family’s go to Vietnamese restaurant here in Metro Manila. My favorite is definitely the fried spring rolls as they are very tasty and crispy. Goes well with the pho sauce too. Pho was tasty too but I’m personally not much of a fan of pho in general (not the restaurant’s fault!). I think their fried squid needs improvement as it was mostly breading than actual squid. This restaurant is quite popular and can be full especially during weekends. We waited around 15 minutes for a table (not an issue for us, just a heads up!).

This is my go-to restaurant for Vietnamese noodle soup. The place can accommodate around 40 people with tables for two. Love the pho---the pho do bien or seafood pho is a family favorite. I also enjoyed the vermicelli bowl---I recommend this if one wants dry noodles. We had a toddler with us and he loved the pho chin, nam, gan, bo vien. Overall, very satisfied with Pho Hoa. The service was fast even when the resto was full. Pleasant staff too. I like it that the servers still wore masks.

I come here just to eat the Vermicelli Salad. However, I noticed lately that the portion is smaller and worse, the dressing is watered down :( Doesn't taste like it used to. Service is still good, though.
