The menu has a wide selection and choice. Food arrived a little cold but edible; I didn't find the food particularly good quality, but adequate. This is really a fast-food Thai/Viet style resto in the Festival Mall. It's very busy and staff have to work hard. Prices are ok.

We ate here a few times already. But this time we were disappointed because of the “changes” or new implementations regarding the free extras. We always ask for an extra sauce for squid because it’s really yummy so this time we asked the server (Rosela) if she could gave us. For the 2nd time we asked another server (Ray), Rosela, the first server called out his attention and looked at us and gave us that “grumpy” look. Tried this branch in Festival mall. The place is busy during lunchtime. The pad thai didn't disappoint. Everything is good. Quick service and friendly staff.

Thought the cheap Christmas album they were loudly playing was the worst thing about the restaurant. But no. They served us spoilt thai milk tea and our familiarity with what thai milk tea should taste like is the only thing that saved us from consuming that nasty thing in full. They then informed us that they get the thing pre-made and so the whole batch was spoilt. Funny thing is, we even had to tell them to inform the next table who ordered the same thai milk tea because the poor man already consumed more than half of his!
