Congee is the best.Absolutely affordable. Veggie spring rolls, fried tofu,lechon kawali, all types of pancit ...This place is not your typical eatery bcoz it boasts of its clean & organized,non-airconditioned eating area located along Taytay's busy street. Serves well for take-outs.
